Senior Care Assistant

We are recruiting now... Senior Care Assistant, a full-time/permanent position

We are looking for.... A senior Carer who has a positive mindset, is passtionate, kind, motivated, empathetic and can lead by example and use their own initiative.

Experience is required, however, we will give in-house training to ensure our exceedingly high standards of care are met.

Soft skills necessary for this position are:

excellent communication skills, team leadership, problem-solving, dependability and flexibility, critical thinking, organisational skills, creativity, adaptability and conflict resolution awareness.

We are looking for someone that always treats people with kindness, understands the importance of empathy and can lead in an 'inclusive' way.
