Activities Coordinator

We're seeking a passionate Activities Coordinator to bring joy and engagement to our elderly residents at Bings Hall. Help create meaningful daily experiences that enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being through tailored activities.

Key Responsibilities

·  Plan and lead diverse group and one-to-one activities, such as arts & crafts, music sessions, gentle exercise, quizzes, and outings.

·  Assess residents' interests, abilities, and needs (including those with dementia or limited mobility) to personalise programmes.

·  Collaborate with care staff, families, and the community to organise events, manage budgets, and ensure safety/risk assessments.

What We're Looking For

·  Creative, empathetic individual with excellent people skills, organisation, and time management.

·  Experience in elderly/dementia care preferred; adaptable to seated or bedside activities.
