Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants (Days) to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being aligns with our mission of respect and dignity.
Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support the implementation of individual care plans.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a care home or home care setting.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate attitude and respectful approach.
• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of care planning processes is advantageous.
