Domestic Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team at our residential care home for older adults aged 65 and over. Our home provides accommodation and care for up to 27 residents in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm

Pay and Benefits

• £13.00 per hour
• Double pay on Bank Holidays
• 6 weeks' paid annual leave

About the Role

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Duties include:

• Cleaning residents' bedrooms and allocated communal areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home
• Working collaboratively with a friendly team of three other domestic staff
• Supporting the overall wellbeing and comfort of our residents

The role is supervised by and reports directly to our Head of Care, who will provide guidance and support as part of your induction and ongoing development.
