Experienced senior support worker- 

job summary and shift pattern 

• lead a team effectively and delegate daily tasks
• Service users care and support is of the upmost importance and highest prority
• Complete tasks set by the management 
• Return to works for the staff, should ther be sickness
• Cover shifts in the event of sickness with the staff team/manageing rotas. 
• Supervisions on a monthly basis
• Ensure all health appointments are attended
• Home oversight
• on-call at the weekend of a working shift
• mentoring new staf team members 
• laissing with family and professionals #
• Ensuring staff are compliant to the companys policies and procedures
• medication administation, ordering and booking in. 
• weekly medication stock checks. 
• excellant communication skills

• Observer to the needs of our service users and the staff team. 
• commitment to the role and opportunities to delevope with in the trusted hands care group
• Personal care 
• short cover in the event of an emergnancy. 
• 26 hours per week - two days- 13 hour shifts - rolling rota- every other weekend off- this may change due to the needs of the home. 
• Part of a senior team within the home
• Attending senior meeting with the management. 
• Monitoring issues they may raise and taking action where needed or referal to the management team.
