Join our team as a Customer Relations Co-ordinator, helping build community relationships, support occupancy growth, and create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families.

We are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has customer relations experience, ideally in the care home sector or retirement living sector
• Understands care home funding
• Is people-focused and community-driven
• Knows Grantham and surrounding areas
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Brings passion, energy, and a commitment to excellent service
