Night Care Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Carer to join outr team. You will provide high qual;ity care and support to residents throughout the night ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities -  will include providing personal care and support, assisting with mobility and repositioning where required, monitor residents wellbeing and responding to care needs, regular safety and welfare checks, maintain ing accurate care rescord and supporing residents with dignity, respect and independence.

About you - Caring, compassionate, trustworthy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, previous experience desirable but not essential, as full training will be given. Enhanced DBS will be required.
