Location: Tudor House Care Home, Selby

Salary: £12.71phr

Hours: 27.5hrs – paid 25hrs per week - Monday to Friday

Ideally, we would like someone with care home experience, although not essential.

We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.

Main purpose of the job

Greet and welcome visitors, announce their arrival/direct them to the right person or department

Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner

Provide Administrative support via phone/email, screen and forward incoming calls to the right person or department

Show prospective residents/families around the Care Home

Perform a variety of tasks at the front desk as requested by the Care Home Manager/Administrator

Education level

The minimum requirements are to be computer literate and have a good level of spoken and written English

Experience

Previous front of house position, various office-based tasks

Personal qualities

The post holder must have good communication skills, be organised, honest, reliable and professional and have a good standard of appearance.
