Responsiblities include

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Support residents with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas and communal spaces.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members to ensure coordinated care and a positive atmosphere.
