We are now seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team.

? The Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our residents throughout the night. You will provide personal care, emotional support, and maintain a calm, reassuring presence during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support

• Monitor residents throughout the night, responding promptly to needs or concerns

• Support residents who wake or become unsettled, offering reassurance and comfort

• Assist with safe moving and handling

• Complete accurate night?time records and handover notes

• Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with infection control standards

• Work collaboratively with the night team and follow care plans and risk assessments

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient, and committed to delivering high?quality care

• Able to work calmly and confidently during night hours

• A good communicator with a professional, respectful approach

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Experienced in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)

Essential:

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
