Inshore Support Limited is a specialist provider of supported living and residential services across the West Midlands. We are dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take up the role of Duel Registered Manager with Inshore Support Limited across two of our residential sites. We are looking for candidate with experience working with learning disabilities and complex needs to join our diverse team.

Through the position of Registered Manager, you will apply your skills and knowledge to lead and develop a team of staff to deliver a high standard of care and support individuals to achieve independence and positive outcomes in their daily lives. You will provide inspirational leadership to your teams, maintain high-quality outcomes for the people we support, and champion a culture of excellence.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for five beds within the Inshore Support group. You will be expected to audit the Quality of the service in line with the CQC fundamental standards as well as working with the Inshore Support team to achieve a minimum CQC rating of GOOD.

As the Residential Manager, you will receive a high level support by liaising closely with the Company HR department, Care Services Manager and Company Directors around the day-to-day operation of the service to help you drive services forward and expand your own skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

  • Hold CQC registration for two residential care services specialising in providing personal care / providing to support to those with learning disabilities.
  • Lead, manage, and develop service teams to deliver outstanding care and support.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train, supervise, and develop staff to achieve excellent performance and development themselves within the Company.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external agencies.
  • Ensure care plans and support arrangements are person-centred and outcome-focused.
  • Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and external audits.

Applicants must have the following :

  • Experience in a leadership / management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC Standards & Regulations.
  • NVQ / Diploma in Social Care and Management (Level 5) - or be working towards.
  • Willingness to excel and develop services to the best possible standard.
  • Relevant experience and/or training working with adults who have complex needs and learning disabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a part of a larger management team.
  • Experience liaising with health professionals and social workers.
  • Care, compassion, and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns over a 40-hour week. This may include bank holidays and weekends where required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
