Job Summary
Join our home as our Activities & Spiritual Wellbeing Lead.
The successful applicant will:
- plan and deliver engaging, person-centred activities across 5 key dimensions of wellbeing: social, physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual
- promote our Christian ethos through meaningful activities and interactions
- provider care and support to residents when required
- drive the home's minibus for outings and community activities (a full UK clean driving licence is required)
- work together with our team to create a warm and welcoming environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- is a committed and practicing Christian under the terms of the Equality Act 2010

- enjoys planning and delivering activities
- is compassionate, patient and organised
A Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this role, which is also exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Applicants must be prepared to disclose any convictions they may have and any orders made against them.
