Job Summary

Skills / Qualifications
- You must have experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment
- ideally within a care home setting
- but this is not essential. You should have an NVQ2 in Catering and Hospitality or Professional Cookery and a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. Must have an Enhanced DBS Clearance You will have strong leadership skills
- be reliable and you will be fully competent in all aspects of kitchen duties.
