We are now seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team.
The Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our residents throughout the night. You will provide personal care, emotional support, and maintain a calm, reassuring presence during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support

Monitor residents throughout the night, responding promptly to needs or concerns

Support residents who wake or become unsettled, offering reassurance and comfort

Assist with safe moving and handling

Complete accurate night time records and handover notes

Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with infection control standards

Work collaboratively with the night team and follow care plans and risk assessments
About You

Able to work calmly and confidently during night hours

A good communicator with a professional, respectful approach

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Experienced in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
