• Shift pattern: varying times between 7am and 4:30pm
• Contracted hours: 30 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook nutritious, home-cooked meals for residents.
• Create varied menus that cater for dietary, nutritional and cultural needs.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage stock, deliveries and food storage effectively.
• Work closely with residents and colleagues to provide an excellent dining experience.
• Follow Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures at all times.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or Catering Professional.
• A passion for producing high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience within a care, healthcare or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential.
