Looking for a care role where you have time to care, build relationships and feel part of a genuinely supportive team?
At St Georges Nursing Home, we do things differently.
We follow Allegra Care's household model, creating warm, family-style homes where residents feel safe, valued and truly at home. Our Care Companions do more than provide care – they build relationships, share everyday moments and help residents enjoy a fulfilling, meaningful life.
If you're an experienced Care Assistant who takes pride in doing things properly, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Why join St Georges?-
A home, not just a care setting. Our household approach puts residents, relationships and everyday life at the heart of care.
-
A team that cares. Join a close-knit team where colleagues support one another and share a genuine commitment to residents.
-
More time to care. Our advanced care technology helps reduce unnecessary administration, allowing you to focus on what matters most – people.

Room to grow. Excellent training and opportunities to develop your skills and career.
We're looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team as a Care Companion.
