Baking group

Residents enjoyed their weekly baking group in the home.

They made a vanilla and chocolate sponge cake and everyone used their muscles to whisk the mix. We then finished with making gingerbread and everyone enjoyed cutting the mix into lots of different shapes.

We look forward to trying out the finished product with a cup of tea or coffee and to also see what will be made in next week’s baking group.
