Facility Improvements New Wet Room Completed!?We’re thrilled to announce that Unit 2 now has a brand new wet room, enhancing the comfort and accessibility of our facilities.

Ground Floor Redecorations ?We’ve been hard at work redecorating the entire ground floor, giving it a fresh, welcoming look! We expect to wrap up this project by the end of the year.

New Treatment Room Coming Soon? a brand new treatment room is being constructed downstairs, closer to the lounge. This change will help reduce interruptions to staff while allowing us to provide medications more quickly and efficiently.

Flooring Update ?While our stair and corridor flooring project has been rescheduled, installation will begin in November.

Lounge Enhancements ?New lounge chairs and lights are on their way! The lights will be installed in early November, while the chairs are expected to arrive in December, making the lounge even more inviting.

New Outing Vehicle ?Great news – a new outing vehicle is arriving soon! A document will be circulated to coordinate monthly allowances for outings and sundries.

Warm Plates for Residents ?In response to residents’ feedback, we have installed a new plate warmer in the dining area. Enjoy your meals just the way you like them – nice and warm!

Upcoming Mock CQC Inspection The Mock CQC Inspection originally scheduled for October 31st was canceled by the company, but it has been rescheduled for Wednesday, November 6th. We look forward to sharing the outcome with you once it’s available.
