Our new Memory Café

We are delighted to announce that we have officially opened our Memory Café in association with Surrey Downs Health and Care Partnerships here at Hartfield House. Members of our local community will have the chance to meet Sue Cook, the lead of the Dementia Coordination Service in Leatherhead, eliminating the often lengthy wait time for an appointment. Our first session was a great success, and we were delighted to welcome everyone and talk over delicious cake and biscuits prepared by our wonderful chef, Jane. We look forward to the next Memory Café on the second Wednesday of each month. Everyone is welcome to come and join us from 10am onwards.
