Bara Brith Cake making for St David's Day

We celebrated St David's Day this week with our talented residents making Bara Brith, the Welsh famous delicious fruity tea bread.

Classically the bread is served on Welsh afternoon tea and is always on St David's Day but we don't need an excuse for a slice or two here
