Allanbank Care Home Shines as Finalist in Scottish Care Awards 2025

The devoted team at Allanbank Care Home in Dumfries are beaming with pride after being shortlisted for Scottish Care’s prestigious Care Home Awards 2025, recognising their exceptional commitment to enriching their residents’ lives.

In the finals for the Care Home Service of the Year Award, the honour celebrates the outstanding dedication of Home Manager Sandra Mcnay and her team, who care for 69 residents aged 53 to 96 at the not-for-profit Sanctuary Care home.

Sandra said: “This shortlisting is testament to the phenomenal team we have here at Allanbank, who have an unwavering devotion to supporting our residents to live fulfilled and enriched lives each and every day. I am enormously proud of the community we have created here, and it is a joy to be part of such an inspirational team.”
