Head Chef Charmaine Taylor wins Care Home Chef Award

We are proud to announce our Head Chef Charmaine Taylor won the Care Home Chef Award the Great British Care Awards this weekend.

Charmaine is the Head Chef at Rectory Court and Leah Lodge Care homes. She started at Rectory Court as a 2nd chef back in November 2018 and was delighted to become Head Chef in early 2020. Her role now is to work closely with her team and all of our residents to provide a nutritional and healthy menu with the odd treat. Charmaine will liaise with our residents to find out their likes and dislikes to ensure they get to eat meals they enjoy. She can also provide an alternative meal plan tailored to their own choices or dietary requirements. Charmaine and her team will always aim to please and provided a good dining experience.
