'Tis the season to be jolly at Shoreham care home!
Barchester’s Kingsland House care home, in Shoreham got in the Christmas spirit by throwing a Christmas Party for residents and their families.
Kingsland House’s Christmas party was in full swing with a festive buffet, live music and a raffle. Residents and their families enjoyed a feast of festive foods prepared by the home’s chefs, Chris & Paul, a wonderful performance by Suspiciously Elvis finished off with a raffle with some great prizes all generously donated.
General Manager, Ana Hyne said: “Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year and our fantastic residents love to get festive so we’ve pulled out all the stops. It is so lovely to see them all getting into the Christmas spirit, it’s definitely my favourite time of year. A lot of hard work was put into organising the day by the team so a huge well done to all involved!”
One resident at Kingsland House said: “It has been a lovely day. It was wonderful to see everyone go to so much effort to get into the Christmas spirit. I really enjoyed the food and Elvis!”
