Woodlands Care Centre in Cambridge was filled with music and festive spirit recently as the Reach Out Choir paid a special Christmas visit, creating a lively and engaging afternoon for residents, relatives and team members alike.
Around 25 members of the choir performed a selection of well-known Christmas songs, with the room full everyone enthusiastically joined in.
The home’s chef prepared a selection of homemade treats to accompany the event, including jammy dodgers, chocolate brownies, fruit cake and lemon cake, all served with teas and coffees. After the performance, residents and choir members spent time together enjoying refreshments and conversation, adding a social element to the occasion.
