Boxing Day Baking at Pemberley Manor

There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh shortbread to bring everyone together, our residents enjoyed a cosy Boxing Day baking session, rolling, shaping and decorating delicious shortbread biscuits.

Plenty of smiles, laughter and sweet treats were shared along the way, and the results were just as lovely as the memories made.
