They’re Having A Ball

Residents at The Chiswick Nursing Centre are having a whale of a time playing indoor ball games.

The specially adapted sessions include volleyball, skittles and table tennis. The games are proving to be excellent exercise for maintaining dexterity and co-ordination, improving mobility, getting the blood pumping and keeping minds alert.

Those taking part are simply loving it as the smiles on their faces demonstrate. What’s more, no-one shows the least sign of having lost their competitive edge.
