Bere Grove Care Home is proud to have started offering monthly Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) sessions in partnership with Recapture Life, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing the quality of life, independence, and wellbeing of residents living with memory loss and cognitive decline.

CST is a structured programme designed to engage the brain through themed activities, group discussions, word games, problem-solving and reminiscence. Widely recommended by health professionals, CST has been shown to support memory, communication skills, confidence, and social connection, particularly for people living with dementia.
