This week at Westergate House, we’re proud to introduce our amazing Second Chef, Konnie, who has been part of the Westergate staff team for over 10 years, celebrating her long-service anniversary last year. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Konnie has lived in the UK for the past 20 years and brings passion, experience, and care to everything she does in the kitchen. Konnie always goes the extra mile for our residents, making sure every meal is prepared with thought, kindness, and a personal touch. When she’s not at work, she loves travelling and being outdoors. Her favourite adventure is hiking in the Italian Dolomites, combining her love of nature and exploring the world. Thank you Konnie, for your dedication, and for being such a valued member of our team.
