Hickathrift House care home, in Marshland St James, is hosting a special wellbeing event on Thursday 19th February at 2pm, welcoming local wellbeing speaker Debbie Myring to lead an afternoon focusing on relaxation, positivity and healthy living.
Staff, residents and guests can enjoy an uplifting session with Debbie, who shared practical tips for boosting wellbeing and maintaining a positive mindset. Attendees will also treated to healthy snacks and freshly made smoothies, adding a nutritious twist to the afternoon.
Hickathrift House has built up an excellent reputation within its local community. The home regularly organises events and activities for residents and neighbours, helping to strengthen community connections and support overall wellbeing.
