Golden Games Brings Gentle Exercise and Joy to Our Residents

Last Updated: 30 Jan 2026 @ 00:00 AM

We are delighted to announce that Golden Games, delivered by Living Sport, will be providing fortnightly gentle exercise and activity sessions for our residents over the next five months.

Golden Games is a fun, inclusive programme designed to help older adults stay active, improve mobility, and boost wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. The sessions are carefully adapted for all abilities, encouraging residents to move at their own pace while enjoying music, games, and friendly interaction.

Since launching at our home, residents have already shown great enthusiasm, with lots of smiles, laughter, and a wonderful sense of togetherness. These sessions not only support physical health, but also help build confidence, reduce isolation, and promote positive mental wellbeing.

We are proud to work in partnership with Living Sport to bring such a meaningful programme into our home. Over the coming months, residents will continue to benefit from the structure, energy, and motivation that Golden Games provides.

Feedback from Aga Clark, Business Development Manager

“It has been a pleasure to see Golden Games come to life within the home. The residents’ engagement, smiles, and willingness to take part truly show the impact this programme is having. Partnerships like this are vital in supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing, and I’m excited to see the positive difference these sessions will continue to make over the next five months.” — Aga Clark, BDM
