You may have seen one of our posts a while back in which one of our residents, Kath, fulfilled her dream by playing the church organ again. Well, a lot has happened since then. Henbrook House recently introduced a state of the art Electronic Piano.
Today, Stephen Muzolf from Peppercorns Academy of Music came in to give all our would-be piano players an introduction to the many functions that the instrument offers. We also received a demo of Steve's amazing ability with songs we could all sing along to.
As for Kath, well, she has agreed to embrace the piano playing and become Henbrook's very own Piano teacher/guide for other residents looking to have a go. The piano club is now part of our weekly Enrichment Programme here in our wonderful home.
