Launch of our Carers Cafe - Pause & Pour at Pittsmead

Today, we were delighted to launch our brand new Carers Café - Pause & Pour at Pittsmead Grange.

What a lovely first get-together - a great turnout of people enjoying a proper pause, sharing stories, having a chat, and taking time for themselves.

A huge hi-light was treating everyone to a relaxing head, neck & shoulder massage courtesy of our wonderful friends from Baan Nuad Thai Massage situated on Station Approach in Hayes. Thank you for supporting the Carers in our local community - your support made a world of difference to their visit.

Pause & Pour at Pittsmead Grange will now take place on the 1st Thursday of every month, and we warmly welcome Carers from our community who would benefit from a break and a little time away from their day-to-day responsibilities.
