What a truly uplifting and enjoyable weekend it has been at The Chase Care Home.

From getting our thinking caps on for the quiz to a peaceful, reflective church service and wonderful live music that naturally led to dancing and laughter, it has been a weekend filled with smiles, togetherness, and special moments.
