The Stamford Bridge Beaumont Care Home, in Stamford Bridge, hosted a special wellbeing event on Tuesday 3rd February, the home welcomed guest speaker Tina Hilpert, Tina is a qualified mental health coach and community engagement officer at Home Instead. Tina spoke to guests and residents about how we can better support ourselves and look after our own wellbeing during a fascinating discussion.
Residents and guests enjoyed an uplifting session with Tina, who shared practical tips for boosting wellbeing and maintaining a positive mindset. Attendees were treated to healthy snacks and freshly made smoothies, adding a nutritious twist to the event.
Stamford Bridge Beaumont has built up an excellent reputation within its local community. The home regularly organises events and activities for residents and neighbours, helping to strengthen community connections and support overall wellbeing.
