Brook House Care Home recently achieved a 100% score in our latest contract monitoring visit conducted by Leicestershire County Council. This result reflects the consistent high standards of care, safety, and governance maintained within the service.
During the visit, the council reviewed key areas including the quality of care provided to residents, staff training and competence, safeguarding practices, record keeping, medication management, and overall compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Achieving a full score demonstrates that the service met or exceeded all the standards assessed.
This outcome highlights the commitment of the entire team to delivering person-centred care, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring residents’ wellbeing, dignity, and safety at all times. It also shows that the systems in place within the home are effective in supporting good practice and continuous quality improvement.
The result is a positive reflection of the teamwork, professionalism, and dedication of staff, and reinforces Brook House Care Home’s reputation for providing high-quality care in partnership with the local authority.
