Easter Treats

On Good Friday our head chef, Ben, showed us how he makes our Easter biscuits. He also prepared an extra treat for our weekend tea trolley - Baileys truffles! Our residents love Ben's demonstrations, as we talk about food and bakes we enjoy and what we would like to see here at Elliscombe House. Ben also enjoys getting to spend time with our residents and learning about their baking memories.
