A Day on the Canal at Westbourne

Residents at Westbourne enjoyed a wonderful day out recently with a relaxing cruise along the canal.

The trip offered a chance to take in the scenery at a gentle pace, enjoy time together and experience something a little different from the usual routine. With sunshine throughout the day, residents were able to relax on board and make the most of the calm surroundings.

A picnic was enjoyed during the outing, adding to the sense of a relaxed day spent outdoors together. One of the highlights for many was the opportunity to take turns steering the boat, which was met with plenty of interest and smiles.

The group would like to extend their thanks to The Willow Trust for hosting such a memorable experience and for making the day so enjoyable for everyone involved.

Getting out and about is something residents really enjoy at Westbourne, and days like this offer a welcome change of pace and a chance to do something a little different together.
