A Magical Moment for Pauline at Leawood Manor

Residents, staff, and family members at Leawood Manor Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, recently shared a truly heartwarming experience when resident Pauline received a very special visit from her great granddaughter, Annabelle, on 2 May 2026.

Annabelle visited the home to proudly show Pauline her brand-new dance outfit, specially made for an upcoming performance. However, the visit quickly became even more special when Annabelle delighted residents and staff with a beautiful dance performance in the Beech Lounge.

Residents, family members, and staff gathered to watch as Annabelle showcased her latest routine, filling the room with joy and admiration. Pauline beamed with pride throughout the performance, creating a touching moment between generations.

Annabelle enjoys dancing and gymnastics and had come to visit Pauline to show her latest outfit made especially for her next performance. But that wasn’t all — she then danced so beautifully for Pauline and the other residents in the Beech Lounge. Everyone was mesmerised and overjoyed by the performance, especially Great Grandma Pauline who beamed with such pride. It was a truly magical moment here at Leawood Manor.”
