Residents from across the Sanders Senior Living Group enjoyed an energising and social day of fitness and friendship on 4 June 2026, as healthcare influencer Bailey Greetham led a special group exercise session at Beauleigh Court.
The event welcomed residents and staff from Beauleigh Court, along with visitors from three other Sanders Senior Living homes, for a fun and inclusive exercise session designed to promote health, wellbeing and community spirit. Bailey Greetham guided participants through a range of exercises, encouraging everyone to get involved and enjoy the benefits of staying active.
Following the session, residents and staff gathered for a buffet-style lunch, providing the perfect opportunity to socialise, share experiences and strengthen connections across the Sanders Senior Living community.
Activities such as these play a vital role in supporting physical and mental wellbeing in later life. Regular exercise can help improve mobility, strength, balance and independence, while social events help combat loneliness and create a strong sense of belonging and community.
Reece Lilley, Customer Relations Manager at Beauleigh Court, said:
"The session was amazing, and Bailey really got the residents moving. It was so lovely to see everyone taking part, including the staff! The food was amazing as well, and the team did a fantastic job. It was a wonderful day enjoyed by everyone involved."
The event was a great success, highlighting the Sanders Senior Living Group’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful experiences that support residents' health, happiness and quality of life.
