This was the first time my SIL attended any formal service for respite. As a person living with dementia she can be anxious and experience a number of challenging and complex support needs. The care, time and commitment to making her feel calm and secure given to her by all the staff and management at Graysford Hall was second to none. The whole experience from the assessment process to discharge was person centred and aimed at providing my SIL and the wider family feel at the centre of the process and valued.

This is an excellent home and one we feel happy to trust to care for our family member.

I cannot describe how wonderful my husband's experience has been since arriving at Beauleigh in March. The safe and compassionate environment has provided us with confidence that he is being cared for in the best possible way. All the worry we had when he was at home has disappeared. His days at Beauleigh are filled with opportunities of social interaction, which has been life-giving to him. Our most grateful thanks to the whole staff.

I have found Bellerose when it's really needed for my love ones. This place is beautiful like a hotel. From day one we entered to the home it has been exceptional. Service from carers to manager its excellent. I met Dani and she went to do the assessment in previous care home, from their she made a different to Pat's life. Very professional young lady. I can't believe on her running that home, she is unbelievable. I will recommend Bellerose 100% to anyone.

We have no issues.

Mum is happy, safe and well cared for at the Belmont. She enjoys the activities, eats with her friends, can sit outside her room and has a little garden space. She has access to a kitchen area where she can make visitors a cup of tea. The staff are kind and cheerful. We are glad to have found her a nice home.

My mam has been living at Beauleigh Court now, I have always been pleased with the care she receives. The quality of care is excellent and the staff genuinely take time to get to know her and make sure she is happy and comfortable. Whenever I visit, the home is clean, tidy and has a welcoming atmosphere. All staff are friendly, approachable and always take the time to speak to me and keep me updated. Mum is happy living here, which gives me great reassurance. She enjoys the food. It is comforting to know she is in such caring hands, and I would happily recommend Beauleigh Court to anyone looking for a caring and professional home for a loved one

With a few inexpensive tweaks the home could be 10/10

My Mother came to Chalkwell Grange from hospital initially for respite but decided very quickly to stay. She found the staff kind, good communicators and very helpful. Not only the nurses, carers but the laundry staff, cleaners, catering staff and handyman. Everyone made her feel welcome. The activities staff gave her " her enjoyment of life " again. Her time here was short but enjoyable.

Both my father and step-mother are in The Belmont, Worcester and both have Alzheimers dementia. They have been there for 18months now. I have found the whole team; the management and carers to be excellent. They are attentive, expert and understanding. On the occasions where they have needed to contact me, they have been informative and timely. My family and I are very happy with the care they receive at The Belmont.

Mum has been in Rose House 16 months in all the time she has been here I have had no complaints. The staff are very obliging and helpful. She is kept clean and tidy. She has lost weight but continues to be healthy. Three cheers for Rose House staff.

Areas for slight improvement are weekend care + speed of communication. Overall dad has been extremely well looked after with kindness, dignity, genuine care + more importantly, I feel reassured knowing he is in good hands.

Overall I am satisfied with Grace Court. It is still early days as my parents have only been residents around 6 weeks. When I have visited the staff are so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there., there is always a warm welcome. There have been a couple of issues but I am sure this will settle down soon.

Lovely and friendly staff is excellent well happy all ways smiling. Excellence food my uncle Len is very happy since he has been here. Everyrime we come we are always welcomed very clean environment like a hotel. Brilliant manager.

Manager is so welcoming when visiting my uncle we can go to her when i need questions answered since my uncle came to the care home all staff are great. I cant fault the care home. I will recomend Bellerose to anyone.

Excellent care provided by staff and mother looks forward to her meals. Care home always tidy and smells good. Staff always pleasant and very helpful. Excellent room and facilities. Could not be better

What a wonderful home this is, my mother is only in for respite but she's so happy here I'm thinking maybe she'll would want to stay as full time if you'll have her, lots of great activities going on and it's a beautiful well kept home the rooms are massive I just can't want any more for my mum, thank you all so much.
