Grace Court Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Since my Mum moved into Grace Court there has been a remarkable change in her confidence and happiness, Mum loves the staff and the way she is treated and looked after. Mum was living alone in her own home and was in need to full time care, this couldn't be provided with the same level of support Mum
is now getting in Grace Court. The level of care we have seen has helped me and my sister with the relief of worry about our Mum, we are confident of Mum being safe and looked after 24/7. Mum loves the way the all the staff talk to her and make sure she is comfortable and happy.
The food in Grace court is very good quality and varied in choice. Its also such a good idea for visitors to be able to eat with a resident if this is wanted, I can spend more time with Mum. I've eaten many times with Mum at Grace Court, I found the food to be very good.
Please let the staff at Grace Court know what a great job they are doing. Thankyou all for your kindness and professional care given to our Mum.
Reply from Katie Relph, Customer Relations Manager at Grace Court Care HomeThank you for taking the time to review our home. We are committed to delivering dignified, person-centred care at all times, complemented by a luxury dining experience and thoughtfully tailored enrichment activities.

Following the respite care of our father, Chas, we felt compelled to write to you to express our thanks and gratitude for all that you did for him. Without exception, every member of staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, kind and caring. They greeted us so warmly with ready smiles and friendly
faces which made the transition from home to ' home living' so much easier.
It's obvious that the physical aesthetics of Claridge Place are top notch, from the beautiful bistro with the lovely barista, to the fresh flowers, gorgeous decor and lovely homely touches of resident photographs.
It is blatantly apparent that every detail, no matter how small it seems, has been thought about. Abi the entertainment manager, was so innovative and inclusive, the personal carers were respectful and discreet, the ladies on reception were delightful and welcoming, and the facilities are outstanding.
I have the highest of standards, and you exceeded them all. Thank you (is not enough!)
Reply from James Morris, Senior General Manager at Claridge PlaceThank you so much for your wonderful review of our services at Claridge Place, and what a pleasure it was having your father stay with us for respite care, and we are thrilled that he had such a positive stay with us. I will share your feedback with the whole team and I will ensure Abi has a special mention too. Thank you for taking the time to review us, and we look forward to welcoming your Father (and yourselves) back into our wonderful home soon.

Excellently run care home. My aunt has had first class care since October 2024.
From the management team to the hands on carers the whole team are very professional. They treat every person as an individual.
The care of the residents are their priority and my aunt has had a new lease of life.
So

The Belmont

from Rob B (Son of Resident) published on 4 February 2026

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mother has improved in general health and wellbeing whilst being at The Belmont which I think may be due to excellent food and a suitable regime of meal times etc.
The Belmont is very clean and the other residents seem content and well looked after.
Although my mother was reluctant to take part,
there are a range of activities with something on every day.
I personally feel that the televisions should be on the ground level instead of being wall-hung, but I suppose that is for safety reasons.
The staff are all very friendly, approachable and seem to really enjoy looking after the residents.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Belmont to anyone.

I would like to thank staff at The Belmont Worcester for the exceptional care my Father has received since since coming to the home on 9th January 2026.
His discharge from hospital was a little sooner than we anticipated, but everyone at the Belmont stepped up immediately to get everything ready for
his arrival. The Manager took time to speak to my father whilst he was in hospital which was very reassuring for him. The facilities are great and everyone we have met from reception to the carers and managers on his floor have been welcoming, polite and courteous.
He now enjoys getting involved with the numerous activities that are arranged throughout the week. Food is excellent and there is always someone there in minutes if he needs anything.
My father began to show strong signs of recovery within days, following his stay in hospital. We are very pleased that he is safe and comfortable in his new surroundings, under the care of the team at the Belmont.

Our Mum who suffers with dementia came here for respite and did not want to leave. She decided this herself after about 3 days. The staff and place are wonderful. The staff are kind and caring and go that extra mile to make Mum happy and cared for. Her demeanor has changed she is so much happier. She
joins in the numerous activitives that take place everyday. She can also have a rest when she wants. The menu is amazing. The family and visitors are always greeted on entry and made to feel so welcome.

Grace Court is the most beautifully designed luxury care home yes - but that means nothing without quality care. Grace Court is most definitely NOT "fur coat & no knickers"! The care & consideration to residents & their families has been exemplary. Mum has had a really difficult time settling in since
the home opened it's doors & she's still struggling now, but the amazing team of carers, the concierge team & even the hospitality/catering team & the laundry team, have gone above & beyond in an attempt to ease Mum's distress & sometimes anger at her new surroundings, which involves great patience & compassion. There's no "not my job attitude". The team work in partnership with the family to solve any problems. The luxurious bedrooms & lounges are kept spotless & every residents' needs/ demands are catered for. I've no doubt Grace Court was the right decision for Mum & thank goodness I found it.
Reply from William Hargrave, Customer Relations Manager at Grace Court Care HomeThank you so much for your review Ruth. I was invited to Beauleigh Court Christmas party on behalf of Leigh on Sea Lions, I am also a resident of Leigh and represent the community. I also know a resident. I was given a warm welcome and directed to the communal area where the party was to be held which had a bar area , a nice comfy area. A
resident arrived with her family and introduced themselves which was really nice , my friend and her daughter arrived and it was nice to hear how settled she was and happy. Different staff interacted with the residents which was nice to see that they had such a positive relationship together and knew each other. The staff sat guests with others making sure they weren't on their own and all appeared to enjoy themselves. I had a tour and loved the small cosy areas for residents to eat and enjoy activities including a cinema and resident and family dining room. A really lovely home in an ideal location. I loved being a guest and look forward to visiting again.
