Firstly I would highly recommend Claridge Place. The Managers really listen to you and support you with your family needs. This was done in a calm and reassuring way. The Mangers and the whole team are so welcoming and friendly, everyday. My Mother is well looked after and she enjoys her days that
she attends. I feel confident when I leave my Mother at Claridge Place to attend work knowing she is in a safe, clean and happy environment.

The care home is beautiful and staff lovely. My main issue is activities. Unfortunately there needs to be more offered to keep residents occupied.
My other issue is my mum keeps saying she would love a bath. I wish this was offered as she wont ask.
My aunt also needs more prompting regarding personal
hygiene and changing clothes.

Chalkwell Grange is absolutely amazing in all areas. We as a family had to find a home for mum to live in following our fathers death and they have made the whole process (as it is a hard thing to do) so easy. From the fist day we went to view right up to today which is about 3 months they have been
so caring and genuinely happy to al guests as well as the residents. Mum has really started to come out of her shell and is happy to call Chalkwell Grange her new forever home. A huge thank you to all at Chalkwell Grange.

Overall we have been happy with the care provided at Graysford Hall. It's an attractive buiding and the rooms are spacious. My father does not mix with other residents so one of our concerns is lack of stimulation and the care team are aware. Management of the home has had its challenges and there have
been 3 managers to date, which is difficult for staff & carers. Previously, there have been issues with weekend staffing, particularly management, but I understand this is being addressed. Personal care has been good & they have been very kind to my father.

Carers have been most supportive, polite and very caring, showing respect and dignity to the resident. Carers are not able to access the correct pain management for the resident, and their voice is not heard! Maybe try could video resident when in pain? When person is being repositioned, washed, and
changed? District nurses have limited time to access the resident, who may be asleep at the time OP visit. I feel end of life nurse team in the community should be on hand to assess and administer correct pain relief. If the resident was in own home and end of life, this would happen, so why not just because resident is in a care home? Thank you.

Carers have been amazing as our friend's health has declined. Always here to support us and deliver the care needed.
Room - clean and in very good decorative order.
I feel for the caregivers who try to gain support from external medical professionals to get pain relief. Their voices aren't being
heard, and district nurses only have a few minutes to make a pain assessment when the carers are here for 12 hour shifts, so they know our friend well. She has therefore been left in pain.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mum became a full time resident at The Belmont in May 2024 having previously been a short term resident for respite care. Mum settled in well and made a number of friends, where possible she took part in activities at the home. She was always complimentary about the level of care, the friendliness
of the staff and the good standard of food provided. In April she was admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties. After 3 weeks she was discharged back to The Belmont for palliative care. Although The Belmont is a care home they were happy to have her back and arranged for oxygen and community nurses. They went above and beyond our expectations. Mum had any food and drink that she wanted at any time ,day or night. It was her request that she was sat in her recliner chair and they ensured that this happened on a daily basis. Her final days were peaceful, pain free and the care and compassion shown by all staff was beyond expectation.

I have been nothing but impressed with the standards and level of care for my aunt since her stay at Wilton manor March 2025. The staff have been so so helpful and understanding with everything I have discussed in relation to my aunt and my personal pressures at home. Nothing is too much trouble especially
as I am tied up with weekly hospital appointments for my daughter, they keep me informed about my aunt, and are always so approachable and interested when I call or visit. The activities for both residents and relatives are so varied and it really is lovely to be able to just pop in and enjoy the numerous lounges quiet or busy which is always so welcoming and doesn't feel like a home, more like a hotel

Whenever I call my aunt, despite her memory problems she always refers to how lovely all the staff are and are very helpful keeping her book choice varied being the book worn she is. I highly recommend Wilton Manor for its level of care, quality, value, activities, accommodation

Myself and my husband were blow away with how beautiful and lovely Wilton Manor is. We visited my friend for the first time and were taken aback. Not only is the home beautiful, but the staff are wonderful. We were offered a cup of tea by the receptionist and our friend was sat in the cafe area with
another lady and they were chatting which was lovely to see. Our friend said she had just had salmon for lunch! all of the staff said hello to us and came to check on my friend to ask if she would like a drink. Sadly, we've had many dealings with care homes in the past and this is by far the best one we've ever visited! excellent!

Amazing place ! My mother feels really safe and so well looked after and spoilt! As a visitor it feels like a 5 star hotel ! There is a packed itinerary- she is so busy every day.
