This was the first time my SIL attended any formal service for respite. As a person living with dementia she can be anxious and experience a number of challenging and complex support needs. The care, time and commitment to making her feel calm and secure given to her by all the staff and management at Graysford Hall was second to none. The whole experience from the assessment process to discharge was person centred and aimed at providing my SIL and the wider family feel at the centre of the process and valued.

This is an excellent home and one we feel happy to trust to care for our family member.

I have found Bellerose when it's really needed for my love ones. This place is beautiful like a hotel. From day one we entered to the home it has been exceptional. Service from carers to manager its excellent. I met Dani and she went to do the assessment in previous care home, from their she made a different to Pat's life. Very professional young lady. I can't believe on her running that home, she is unbelievable. I will recommend Bellerose 100% to anyone.

Areas for slight improvement are weekend care + speed of communication. Overall dad has been extremely well looked after with kindness, dignity, genuine care + more importantly, I feel reassured knowing he is in good hands.

Lovely and friendly staff is excellent well happy all ways smiling. Excellence food my uncle Len is very happy since he has been here. Everyrime we come we are always welcomed very clean environment like a hotel. Brilliant manager.

Manager is so welcoming when visiting my uncle we can go to her when i need questions answered since my uncle came to the care home all staff are great. I cant fault the care home. I will recomend Bellerose to anyone.

Mum enjoyed her time there and appreciated the level of care

Mum fractured her pelvis in May and went into Wilton Manor for respite following her stay in hospital. Wilton Manor was very welcoming to mum and myself. I felt mum was very well cared for and all the staff were very supportive to me. It was a very positive experience giving me some breathing space and allowing mum to gather her strength and confidence.

Mum has been at Wilton Manor for about nearly 2 months. She has just celebrated her 80th there and the staff were so kind and did a great job helping to organise a get together for her, her family and other residents. The buffet was wonderful and mum loved her afternoon. Thank you to the kitchen staff and activity team in particular. Mum has settled so well and loves the staff. Her room is lovely and she goes to so many activities. The trips out are brilliant.

My mom and step father stayed for one weeks respite whilst house was adapted for mom. Carers are amazing. Food delicious. Mom settled in very easily nothing was too much trouble for carers. Mom only joined in one activity but really enjoyed it. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Management made the process smooth and stress free.

The home has a lovely welcoming atmosphere, everyone is very friendly, caring and always helpful. I cannot recommend the home enough, food is good rooms are a good size & well appointed. The home is very clean & tidy & always smells fresh. Activities are good & varied and every effort is made to include all residents if they wish to join in. Overall a great home from home environment for my relative to live in and enjoy, she is very settled.

I am highly impressed by Graysford and staff on all fronts. The hall itself is luxurious, the staff from top managers to all the caring staff seem involved, v caring, committed and totally brilliant.

I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful care home. As a close friend of a resident, seeing him so happy and settled has been an absolute joy.

The care he receives is outstanding. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate - they treat every resident with dignity and real kindness. It's clear they go above and beyond their duties, taking the time to truly get to know the people in their care.

The food is excellent - freshly prepared, varied, and clearly made with care. My friend always has something positive to say about mealtimes, which means the world to those of us who want to know he is eating well and enjoying his day.

The activities programme is brilliant. There is always something engaging going on, keeping residents stimulated, social, and smiling. My friend has found a new lease of life through the events and group sessions on offer.

The management team deserve enormous credit. The home is run with professionalism

My mum was a resident at Graysford Hall during the above dates. (She passed away on 28/04/26). The carers are outstanding, providing the very best care that they can without a full complement of staff. Residents are often left alone in the lounge/dining room due to low staff levels, certainly a safe guarding issue. Management is very poor in the time mum was there there were in excess of six managers and often no manager at all. Promises were made to improve but they didn't.

Nothing but impressed since organising to move my auntie here, from a very basic home, this is like a 5-star hotel. The care + support for my auntie, especially whilst we have had personal circumstances making it difficult for us to visit, has been nothing short of amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, and the communication is perfect. Please don't increase the fees too quickly or too high, as she loves it here. Thanks.

My father has recently gone to Graysford Hall and seems to be setteling in well. The staff all seem very caring and the place is beautiful, he has a lovely room overlooking the garden.

All parts of the home are clean and welcoming.... it is a real home-from-home. My dad has enjoyed some lovely fresh meals in the dining room too. We are very pleased with the care he has received so far, and how quickly he has settled in. Thank you.

All the staff and carers are very caring, friendly and thoughtful. We are very happy with the care provided for our Mum. The home is very homely and Mum's room has a lovely outlook into the garden and Mum has her own patio space for plants and flowers.
