My mum was made to feel welcome from her very first day at Chalkwell Grange. She initially went for respite, following several falls at home and the need to organise more care, but soon decided she would be happy to move in permanently. She had one of the smaller rooms, but with a view of the garden
and at a quieter end of the corridor, so it suited her perfectly. It was wonderful to see her confidence grow through daily interactions with staff and residents, and she quickly settled into a routine, enjoying the activities on offer (especially the choir) and the excellent food. Mum very sadly only had nine months here before passing away, but I cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness, respect and care they gave her. Knowing my mum was safe and happy improved my quality of life too and the move to Chalkwell Grange gave us the opportunity to enjoy our mother-daughter relationship in the last months of her life.

All the staff of Grace Court have been very helpful in mums care & she is loving the community spirit.
She has enjoyed the trips with Grace Court.
Mum loves to participate in the activities Kelly & the team hold.

This is only mums second day of a 2 weeks respite stay but all staff I have been in contact with so far have been exceptionally helpful. Mum seems very happy and settled.

A very clean comfortable and happy setting I have both my parents in this home, they have both settled in very well. They both seem happy and content. They always look clean, and are fed very well. The staff are amazing they can never do enough for my parents and also visitors when they come. It is
like a five * plus hotel. They are always trying different activitys and outings out for the residents so happy we found a place like this for my parents. Amazing.

My Grandmother has settled in superbly to life at Beauleigh Court and as a family, it is so reassuring and comforting to know that she is safe, happy and thriving in her new surroundings. We have been so impressed with everything that Beauleigh Court offers from the attentive and caring staff to the
5* hotel feel about the place. No detail has been missed and it is clear to see that the management genuinely care about providing a home that offers the best possible experience for residents. We love going to see her there and as a visitor, you are always warmly welcomed and spoilt for choice with all the lovely communal spaces to enjoy - you can't beat a sea view! She was initially in for 2 weeks respite but this is likely to be extended based on the wonderful stay that she has enjoyed so far.

Mum has lived at Eve Belle since it first opened. In all that time, we have always been absolutely thrilled with the care mum has received. The staff are simply the best; kind, considerate, respectful, just everything we could wish for, and more. It goes without saying that the home is a real 'home

Lovely care home, very friendly and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is very good plenty of choice. Relatives are always welcome. Got to say its more like a friendly hotel than a care home.

Since my Mum moved into Grace Court there has been a remarkable change in her confidence and happiness, Mum loves the staff and the way she is treated and looked after. Mum was living alone in her own home and was in need to full time care, this couldn't be provided with the same level of support Mum
is now getting in Grace Court. The level of care we have seen has helped me and my sister with the relief of worry about our Mum, we are confident of Mum being safe and looked after 24/7. Mum loves the way the all the staff talk to her and make sure she is comfortable and happy.
The food in Grace court is very good quality and varied in choice. Its also such a good idea for visitors to be able to eat with a resident if this is wanted, I can spend more time with Mum. I've eaten many times with Mum at Grace Court, I found the food to be very good.
Please let the staff at Grace Court know what a great job they are doing. Thankyou all for your kindness and professional care given to our Mum.

I found all areas of my husbands care excellent. All staff were caring and made his life stay fun, when he could respond. When my husband entered Eve Belle, his behaviour was challenging but staff, who showed patience at all times. I was kept up to date of his medical needs changes at all times. I was

Mum went in to Beauleigh Court for two weeks respite and stayed twelve! We cannot thank the staff enough for the care she received. The facilities were amazing - the activity programme was outstanding - the care was first class and the food looked and tasted like it had come from The Ritz! I'm thinking

My mother moved into the Care Home, following a short hospital stay. All the staff (without exception) have been so warm and friendly and really made an effort to try and encourage my mum to join in activities and settle into Care Home life!
The senior care staff have called in medical support promptly
when needed and kept me fully updated.
I cannot recommend this Care Home highly enough.

I attended for 2 weeks respite from a chest infection but unfortunately I developed painful back trouble, possibly due to a different bed to the one I was used to (?)
