The staff are a real team at Grace Court. They are so kind + caring. If a problem arises the problem is dealt with efficiency + with thoughtfulness our mum is treated with dignity + kindness by all the staff. We had a lovely meal together today + a fun afternoon listening to a number of staff on the karaoke with the residents + families joining in. Well done everyone in making this a happy place to be.

He eventually passed away exactly as he wanted, with peace and dignity by virtue of all the love and care he received from all the staff at Beauleigh Court, and for that, on behalf of all this family we cannot thank you all enough.

Mum came to Beauleigh Court for post-operative respite care in October. Its amazing location overlooking the Thames Estuary made it an easy choice. After three months, she decided to make it her permanent home.

The staff are all so kind and caring. From the care team to the housekeeping, catering and activities staff, everyone treats the residents with dignity, kindness and respect. Knowing Mum is so well cared for gives me real peace of mind, and I don't worry about her day to day.

They have so many daily activities to keep the residents active and also many that involve their relatives when visiting. The private dining room is a lovely touch which allows families to join their relative when visiting in a more private setting.

Thank you to everyone at Beauleigh Court for all that you do. Your compassion and dedication make such a difference, not only to the residents but to their families too.

From the initial contact, through the friendly assessment to moving in day, the friendliness and professionalism of the team has shone through, exceeding our expectations. Since moving in the friendly and welcoming service has continued from both the staff and the residents making my mother's time settling in to her new home as enjoyable as possible. We feel as a family very happy that my mother is at Beauleigh Court.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eve Belle care home and I was extremely impressed by the high standards of care, proffessionalism and hospitality demonstrated throughout the visit. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by staff. One of the carers kindly offered me refreshments and made me feel welcome and valued as a visitor. The staff were seen professional and kind towards the residents, choices were offered and the atmosphere was positive. At the time of my visit there was a picnic in the courtyard was happening the residents looked very smart they had their hair done and they were genuinely happy. I was reassured by my bisit that the residents are safe at Eve Belle under great management. The residents had their aids with them at all times during my time there.

I cannot fault Beauleigh Court for the care that they have given my Dad during his stay here. The staff are caring, supportive and do a fantastic job. The standard of the home is really top notch compared to other care homes that we viewed. My Dad's room was lovely and spacious and felt like he was in a hotel rather than a care home. We didn't have to worry about Dad as all of his care needs were met during his stay.

From the initial call with Beauleigh Court to arrange a visit for my mother, the visit the following day during which the staff provided useful information and to arranging the move, was all seamless. Mum has settled in very well, and even rekindled some old friendships, enjoys the view of the estuary and the freedom to continue with some of the outside activities previously enjoyed. Clearly, the dining experience has improved her health and the activities keeping her entertained. The home and mum's is very nicely appointed and kept spotlessly clean. Above all, the staff are always happy, attentive and pleased to provide assistance and refreshment during our visits.

The whole experience from first enquiry to Mum moving in to Beauleigh Court has been a very positive time for us all as a family. The facilities are excellent and the staff are kind, caring and professional. Everything you could want when your loved one moves in to a care home facility.

We're very pleased that we chose Eve Belle to look after my brother. He was shown great care and love during his two and a half years stay at the home. He was very well looked after in a safe and secure environment. Thank you.

My mum is quite new to Grace Court. Our experience has been very positive. From arranging to get mum into Grace Court to settling her in has been very good. The care staff are very caring and attentive and the management have been excellent at answering any questions and putting our minds at rest. Our minds rest easier now knowing that she being cared for professionally.

From initial contact to my mother in law moving in Grace Court the staff have been exemplary. Katie deserves special mention. Always delivering what she promises with a smile. The buildings and facilities are excellent. All room and areas are light and airy. All of the staff we have come into contact with have been friendly and welcoming. Food is of a high standard.

Can praise this home highly enough from my mums stay, start to finish, from original meeting with Will, and Nikki the manager. All staff showed exceptional care and devotion to mum. High recommed this care home.

My husband has been a permanent resident at Beauleigh Court since October 2025. The staff are always extremely helpful and courteous bearing in mind the stressful conditions they are continually facing. My husband is well looked after which in turn gives me peace of mind. Plus the home is immaculate. Would thoroughly recommend Beauleigh Court.

Beauleigh has been exceptional for our family. Although Dad joined as a respite guest, he has been treated with the same care and dignity as a permanent resident of the community. The facilities are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and truly second to none. What sets Beauleigh apart is its people. Every team member shows remarkable kindness, patience, and attention to detail-from the delicious, nutritious food and hospitality to the attentive medical and care teams who support Dad day and night. There is a genuine sense of community, with residents and families supporting one another. The activities are engaging and inclusive, and the home adapts seamlessly as care needs change. In moments that could feel overwhelming, the team brings calm, compassion, and professionalism. We are deeply grateful for the dignity and warmth shown to our Dad every day.
