Overall I am satisfied with Grace Court. It is still early days as my parents have only been residents around 6 weeks. When I have visited the staff are so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there., there is always a warm welcome. There have been a couple of issues but I am sure this will settle down soon.

The staff are a real team at Grace Court. They are so kind + caring. If a problem arises the problem is dealt with efficiency + with thoughtfulness our mum is treated with dignity + kindness by all the staff. We had a lovely meal together today + a fun afternoon listening to a number of staff on the karaoke with the residents + families joining in. Well done everyone in making this a happy place to be.

From initial contact to my mother in law moving in Grace Court the staff have been exemplary. Katie deserves special mention. Always delivering what she promises with a smile. The buildings and facilities are excellent. All room and areas are light and airy. All of the staff we have come into contact with have been friendly and welcoming. Food is of a high standard.

From the initial call enquiring about respite care for my mum, to actually taking there, was dealt with so professionally & with great patience along with understanding.
I looking for 2 weeks respite, but was beside myself with guilt at doing. Unfortunately, as I was not in great health, it was agreed this was the best way forward.
Grace Court & its staff have not disappointed. They have gone the extra mile knowing that I would be the issue & not mum. I was advised to call as many times as I needed to check she was ok & not fretting.
On the day of mum's arrival, they took care immediately, made her feel so welcome, took her to meet the other residents & as it was a lovely day, she even had drinks on the patio. Later in the afternoon, pictures were sent of mum with her drink, smiling & seemed to be enjoying herself!
I have been updated with her wellbeing, what she has done during the day, how well she had eaten.

Would recommend this care home without a shadow of a doubt

A very clean comfortable and happy setting I have both my parents in this home, they have both settled in very well. They both seem happy and content. They always look clean, and are fed very well. The staff are amazing they can never do enough for my parents and also visitors when they come. It is like a five * plus hotel. They are always trying different activitys and outings out for the residents so happy we found a place like this for my parents. Amazing.

Since my Mum moved into Grace Court there has been a remarkable change in her confidence and happiness, Mum loves the staff and the way she is treated and looked after. Mum was living alone in her own home and was in need to full time care, this couldn't be provided with the same level of support Mum is now getting in Grace Court. The level of care we have seen has helped me and my sister with the relief of worry about our Mum, we are confident of Mum being safe and looked after 24/7. Mum loves the way the all the staff talk to her and make sure she is comfortable and happy.
The food in Grace court is very good quality and varied in choice. Its also such a good idea for visitors to be able to eat with a resident if this is wanted, I can spend more time with Mum. I've eaten many times with Mum at Grace Court, I found the food to be very good.

Please let the staff at Grace Court know what a great job they are doing. Thankyou all for your kindness and professional care given to our Mum.
