Grace Court is the most beautifully designed luxury care home yes - but that means nothing without quality care. Grace Court is most definitely NOT "fur coat & no knickers"! The care & consideration to residents & their families has been exemplary. Mum has had a really difficult time settling in since the home opened it's doors & she's still struggling now, but the amazing team of carers, the concierge team & even the hospitality/catering team & the laundry team, have gone above & beyond in an attempt to ease Mum's distress & sometimes anger at her new surroundings, which involves great patience & compassion. There's no "not my job attitude". The team work in partnership with the family to solve any problems. The luxurious bedrooms & lounges are kept spotless & every residents' needs/ demands are catered for. I've no doubt Grace Court was the right decision for Mum & thank goodness I found it.

Really happy with the care my dad has recieved here at Grace Court. All the staff are super friendly and happy to answer and deal with any requests. She has stayed for lunch with my dad all week and is even having her hair done with him next week including her which is fab.
