We are very excited to announce the first winner of our Employee of the Month competition for the Year 2021. Congratulations to Jemma, a care assistant who works for Tandridge Heights Memorial Care Home.

Jemma who joined us in 2020 is an exceptional team player , she lends a hand without expecting anything in return and is known to volunteer to help you even when she should be walking out the door for the day.

She gets excellent feedback from her colleagues and we are very happy to have her on our team!

The manager of our lovely home, Victoria presented Jemma with her prize and thanked her for all her efforts.
