Employee of the month for April is Andy Pippard. Andy is 2nd chef at West Abbey and was voted by colleagues and residents. Andy is really appreciated by everyone in the home for the lovely home cooked dishes he makes and the outstanding presentation which really encourages residents to eat as they say you eat with your eyes!
