There were happy scenes at the care home as staff and residents threw a party to celebrate Barchester Healthcare being placed 14th in the Top 25 Best Big Companies in the UK to work for.
The Best Companies awards recognise companies’ commitment to their employees and to workplace engagement and are made all the more meaningful because they are awarded based on feedback from a randomly selected cross-section of the company’s own employees.
Barchester Healthcare was awarded two further honours at the 2021 Best Companies Live event where the best employers in the UK were unveiled. The company was awarded 2 star Outstanding status by its employees and it achieved 11th in the top 20 Best Health & Social Care Companies to work for.
