Harton Grange in South Shields has been named one of the top 20 recommended care homes in the North East of England, in the carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards 2020.


The Top 20 Care Home Awards highlight the most recommended care homes in each region of the UK. The Awards are based on over 160,000 reviews received by carehome.co.uk from residents, their family, and friends, between March 2019 and February 2020.


Carehome.co.uk is an online care home directory which collects recommendations about homes across the UK, and rates the homes in order to assist people looking for good quality care services in their search for the ideal care home.
The website's ratings cover all aspects about the home, including cleanliness, facilities, food, activities, safety and security, management, value for money and support of residents.

Harton Grange recently had the CQC inspection in February 2020 and achieved an Outstanding Award.
