Sean Harvey - Job roles - Cook, Bank carer and Bank Maintenance
Due to our maintenance manager not being at work due to a long term illness and some of our normal team having to self isolate and shield we have depended on Sean to cook meals, care for the residents and maintain the environment.
This has meant Sean covering the maintenance role such as painting rooms on his days off. He has taken responsibility for many of the checks and leagl requirements to ensure the home stays compliant.
Added to this Sean has sent his partner and children to stay with relatives to protect them from Covid 19.
We have nominated Sean because the whole team have valued his support in recent weeks and months.
