Due to some of our normal care team self-isolating, shielding and experiencing symptoms we have not had a consistent care team. Marlene has been a true team player, she has completed her shifts, gone home to family commitments and then returned again in the evening to support the team. At times when staffing has been difficult Marlene has exceeded our expectations almost working two jobs to get things done.
